Mobile Extension gives you access to all of the features of your desktop phone from nearly any external communications device. It enables you to use a mobile phone, home phone or other external device to simulate an extension of your office phone. And customers never know you’re not at the office! One number access lets them reach you wherever you are.

 



Great for salesmen and employees on-the-go, this feature allows a call to be transferred to their cell phone, transferred BACK into the office, put on hold, or even place into a conference call.

Voicemail to E-mail Integration


 This amazing feature is another tool to keep employees available to their company and clients while they are on the road. 

 

 

 

Once a voicemail has been left on the office terminal, a copy of that same voicemail will be sent to that employee's email. Embedded in their regular messages, an email with the subject "Outside Caller" or a Caller ID will be placed as the Subject, and a wav. file of the message left will be included in the email.

 

Smartphones and laptops will allow you to return your calls at your earliest convenience- and it doesn't have to be in the office.

Message Notification


If a smart phone or e-mail is not available on the road, but a user wishes to be alerted of any voice mails received at the office, this is the feature for them. ACT can program your system to give a mobile phone a call stating they have a new message, and gives them the option to hear it on the spot, or to keep it saved in their office terminal. Message Notification allows a user to stay updated with their calls in a simple, hands-free session.
