MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ADVANTAGES
Guaranteed Response Time
Maintenance contract customers are guaranteed 2 to 4 hour emergency response time and 24 hour non-emergency response time. This will insure your firm a minimal amount of disruption and inconvenience from service problems.
Contractual Obligations
Atlantic Communications Team is contractually obligated to service our equipment in a timely manner and maintain an adequate amount of spare parts inventory for your system. Maintenance contract customers would receive priority status over a time and materials customer. This will offer your firm the assurance that your telecommunications system will adequately be maintained.
Protects Against Major Equipment Malfunctions
Since your communications system is a highly advanced electronic microprocessor based system, failure of certain parts or phones could become extremely expensive. Even though you may not have experienced any major losses, there is no guarantee that it will continue this way. This will protect your firm from any excessive repair costs.
Retraining
Your telephone system has many features that could enhance productivity, customer service, and improve your company image. Unfortunately many of these capabilities are not being used. Our maintenance customers are offered training on a reasonable basis at no cost. This will insure your older employees and new employees are taking full advantage of these capabilities.
Telephone System Tune-Up
Your maintenance contract offers your firm a free Tune-Up of your system to include the replacement of the following items:
Excessively worn handset cords
Excessively worn wall base cords
Broken or lost buttons or caps
This will greatly improve the appearance of your telephone.
Preventative Maintenance Check-Up
At the customer’s request, once a year an Atlantic Communications Team service representative will perform a diagnostic check on your phone system to attain the optimum performance.
